Body Composition Coach in Vancouver

A personalized approach to improving body composition, building strength, and creating sustainable physical change as your goals and body evolve.

BUTTON: Start Your Body Composition Strategy!
You may be training regularly and still feel frustrated with how your body is changing. The scale may move without the results you want, or you may have lost weight and also lost strength and lean tissue. After 40, the approach that worked years ago often stops producing the same outcome.

I’m Kostas Kromidas, a Longevity & Performance Consultant with more than 40 years of experience in strength training, nutrition, body composition, performance, and recovery. I work with clients throughout Vancouver, including North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Burnaby, as well as clients who work with me online.

As a Body Composition Coach in Vancouver, I focus on what is actually preventing progress — not another restrictive diet or generic workout.

Body Composition Is More Than a Number

Your weight does not tell the whole story. Lean tissue, how you train, what you eat, how you recover, and how consistently you can follow the plan all determine the result.

That matters even more when the goal is Body Recomposition Over 40 in Vancouver. The objective is often not simply to weigh less. It is to reduce body fat while preserving or building muscle, and keeping the strength and performance you have already earned.

That requires a strategy built around the whole person, not the scale alone.

How My Approach Works

I start with your current situation: training history, nutrition, lifestyle, recovery, body composition, and goals. From there we identify what actually needs to change and set realistic priorities. Training is structured to support strength and lean tissue. Nutrition is adjusted to support body-composition goals without unnecessary restriction. Recovery is treated as part of the plan, because a program that leaves you constantly depleted does not last. When it is relevant, we also look at how sleep, stress, and hormonal health affect fat loss, muscle, and energy — and we coordinate with your physician when medical support is part of the picture. As your body changes, the strategy changes with it. The aim is steady progress that fits your life, not a short transformation followed by a return to old habits.

A Different Approach to Transformation

A useful transformation should not depend on extreme measures. As a Body Transformation Coach in Vancouver, I focus on the combination of training, nutrition, recovery, and consistency that produces meaningful physical change.

For Body Transformation Over 40 in Vancouver, expectations and methods usually need to be different from those used earlier in life. Recovery capacity, lifestyle demands, training experience, and priorities all shift. The program should reflect those realities.

Experience lets me look past what is popular this month and choose what is appropriate for your situation.

Experience Behind the Strategy

I began training in 1986 at 125 pounds and eventually reached a 275-pound peak while competing in bodybuilding and powerlifting. I operated Pantheon Athletic Club from 1998 to 2011 and completed PICP Level 4 training under Charles Poliquin.

More than four decades of work have made one thing clear: lasting body-composition change requires more than motivation. It requires a strategy that can be measured, adjusted, and sustained.

My role today is not simply to prescribe exercises. As a Longevity & Performance Consultant, I connect body composition with strength, nutrition, recovery, performance, and long-term health.
