Bloodwork Consultation in Vancouver

Educational guidance to help you better understand your bloodwork in the context of training, nutrition, recovery, hormones, and long-term health.

Build a More Informed Health Strategy!

Bloodwork can provide useful information, but individual numbers rarely tell the complete story. A result outside a reference range does not automatically explain how you feel, while a result within range may not answer every question about energy, recovery, body composition, or performance.

I’m Kostas Kromidas, a Longevity & Performance Consultant and Educator with more than 40 years of experience in strength training, nutrition, body composition, performance, and recovery. I work with clients throughout Vancouver, including North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Burnaby, while also providing individualized online consulting.

My approach to Bloodwork Consultation Vancouver focuses on education and context. I help clients understand how relevant health and performance factors may connect with their broader goals while keeping medical diagnosis and treatment with qualified healthcare professionals.

Why Bloodwork Needs Context

It is easy to focus on one number when reviewing laboratory results. However, your training history, nutrition, recovery, sleep, body composition, lifestyle, age, and goals can all provide important context.

This is especially relevant for people who already train consistently but want to understand whether their current strategy supports how they feel and perform.

Bloodwork can be one useful source of information, but it should not be treated as a standalone measure of your overall health.

How My Bloodwork Consultation Works

Every client has a different starting point. I consider your goals, training background, nutrition, recovery, lifestyle, and relevant performance concerns when discussing your bloodwork.

For clients seeking Bloodwork Interpretation Vancouver BC, the focus is educational. We can discuss relevant markers, their potential relationship to your broader goals, and questions that may be worth taking to your physician.

The purpose is not to turn laboratory results into a diagnosis. It is to help you become more informed about your health information and recognize areas that may deserve further professional attention.

I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or replace your physician.

Connecting Bloodwork With Performance and Longevity

Bloodwork may become more useful when considered alongside the factors that influence how you train, recover, and function.

Depending on your circumstances, our discussion may include:

  • Energy and recovery
  • Nutrition and body composition
  • Strength and training demands
  • Hormone-related questions
  • Sleep and lifestyle
  • Long-term health and performance goals

The objective is not to chase perfect numbers. It is to understand your information within the context of your individual circumstances and develop better questions for your healthcare provider.

Experience You Can Build On

I began training in 1986 at 125 pounds and eventually reached a 275-pound peak while competing in bodybuilding and powerlifting. I also operated Pantheon Athletic Club from 1998 to 2011 and completed PICP Level 4 training under Charles Poliquin.

More than four decades of practical experience have taught me that health and performance cannot be reduced to a single measurement.

That perspective shapes my educational approach to bloodwork. Rather than reacting to isolated results, I help clients consider how their information fits within training, nutrition, recovery, body composition, lifestyle, and long-term objectives.

A Consultant and Educator, Not a Medical Provider

The Bloodwork Consultation Vancouver can involve medical information that requires clinical expertise. My role is to provide education and consulting within my professional scope.

I can help you understand how relevant bloodwork considerations may connect with fitness, nutrition, recovery, performance, and longevity. Medical diagnosis, treatment, medication decisions, and clinical management should remain with your physician or another qualified healthcare professional.
